Whistle Stops

Jim Edmonds to the Reds for Chris Dickerson.  Pretty good for a dude who didn't even play last year.

Garrett Anderson DFA'ed & the LA media asks "what took so long?"  So where's Tim Salmon?

If you've never had to watch your favorite NFL team's starting quarterback get called for intentional grounding in the endzone (safety) during a touch scrimmage at training camp, count yourself lucky.  It's a sick feeling.  I hope the Brownies can win 6 games this season.  Listen to Eric Wright, please Jake, and throw the ball to open receivers. 

Gerard Lawson arrested for DUI.  He hit a parked car in the Warehouse District and just kept driving.  He was breaking Brown's curfew.  A heavy tweeter, Gerard hasn't offered his side of the story yet.
